Karl Lagerfeld offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Karl Lagerfeld designer boxes and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
